We developed an app and web application years ago that helps independent elevator contractors go paperless. It has evolved to now an Android app for the service techs to complete their time, work orders, and routes. Additionally, the web application side of the software is used by office personal to track day-to-day operations, and has other great features. Such as building and equipment data, customer web portal, callback logs, and more.

Our company, Vertical Information Systems is made up of individuals that spent many years working in the service, repair, new installation, and modernization roles. With significant experience with independents.

I am presently taking a more active role to promote our product and solutions. We developed the product for our own independent elevator company, so we could gain market perception. The majors have paperless work order and management systems, and we are excited to help other independents succeed.

Currently, and for a very long time, there has been no good solution for independents to go paperless. Our software/services changes all that and I am excited!
