I just found out that Jim passed away last April. Jim was a great elevator man. And a wonderful resource on this forum and will be missed. ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ ☹️

I couldn’t agree more! Three years ago I drove the coastal highway from San Diego to Sa Fransisco. I stopped by Monterey to try and visit Jim, sadly he was away.
