Recently taken on a new contract with a new-ish otis controller. The unit keeps shutting down intermittently. Nothing consistent. My customer will reset unit it could run for weeks, couple days, even better a couple hours.

unit info:
machine - westinghouse
controller - otis e411m-vf
type- freight
powered doors with an EMS door controller with automatic operation
retiring cam
fault shown: shd2807

most of the time unit is on 1st floor (home landing) with doors open. No response from call buttons but you can close the doors. I can sit on this thing for hours with no problem.
Hoping someone out there can steer me in the right direction my experience with this type of controller is at about zero.

This is a microprocessor generated fault.at the beginning of every run..processor checks the status of the drive,Mcss,Ocss for a safe operation..if it does not like what it sees..bad drive contact,etc..it while shut you down...
