Hi, anyone help with an OTIS lift with DOB constantly lit? Traced fault to EEPROM, tried to copy with EEPROM programmer but cant read the original working EEPROM from another lift. Anyone know what to look for on the test tool so stop the problem please? No sure how to manually config a cleared chip?
