Wondering if anyone has any ideas on this issue - just saw a new customer today, apparently during the test the car went on low oil but the door did not open when the car arrived to the bottom floor. Any ideas??
Side note - Someone else did the test and for other unrelated reasons they were thrown out and we are in, i haven't yet gone over to try it just figured i'd see what info i might be able to find before going to the site.

I had one that I had to adjust the down leveling speed on the valve it wasn’t coming down fast enough and it would time out just before reaching the bottom floor.
