Hi all,
I am facing some issue with Orona elevator Arca2 model. Drive is Uni drive.

Issue Description
The lift is unable to operate at both slow and high speeds. All safety lines have been checked and are functioning correctly, and there are no fault codes listed in the fault log.

History
Recently, we disconnected all motor-related connections, including the motor UVW, brake, motor thermal, and encoder connections, to perform a major adjustment job. After reconnecting these components, the lift became completely inoperable.

Observed Symptoms
1.Inspection Mode (Controller):
- When the UP button is pressed, the brake power supply fails to provide an output.

2. Motor Tuning Attempt:
- Since the motor UVW and encoder connections were disconnected, we attempted to redo the motor tuning with load using the Rotary selection.

3. Auto Tuning Mode:
- In this mode, the brake power supply successfully provides an output.
- However, the drive does not supply power to the UVW output, causing the lift to run in the UP direction with free fall and overrun.

4. Motor coil is measured and it got resistance value of 59ohms at UVW terminals and not shorted with ground.

I don't think you needed to tune anything if you put the wires back where they came off. You'd only need to relearm/tune your motor if you touched the encoder on the motor itself, disturbing its relation to the rotor. I bet it's something simple your missing. Double check all wires you touched are back right and start simple. Check your power, safety string etc
