i have a motion control elevator in duplex that both cars will intermintingly cancel all car calls as soon as the door opens at about quarter open.any ideas.also how do i test a triac with a meter.

Anti nuisance wouldnt be on would it? Do you lose your direction when this happens?

Why are you checking the triacs if the calls are being registered.

Your loadweighing is jacked up. Turn the input off and see what happens.
