Came across one of these controllers (in photos) and need replacement microcontrollers (i/o chips). Any ideas on the controller manufacturer or where to source chips? See photos attached.

these are not microcontrollers but very simple "AND" logic gates TTL.
7408 = Quad 2-Input AND gate DIP
7411 = Triple 3-Input AND gate DIP
