Working with a customer to restore loadweighing to the group of 4. Was modernized by kone with resolve product and micelect rope strain gauges. If anyone has dealt with the micelect system you know the horrors that you will encounter. Kone disabled the loadweighing when they had it on service. The cars are older Westinghouse 2-1 with 2 sheaves on top of the car. Has anyone tried putting a crosshead deflection system or other style of loadweighing on such a sling?
