I have a residential concord elevator in my house and it works great But occasionally it makes a noise and I then find that the lift has settled a few inches and the call for the lift dose not respond. If I get in and call for a higher floor it goes there and then works fine until the next time I hear the noise and the lift drops a few inches again. How can I fix this????
