Wiring was cut to move this item. I need a wiring diagram or ability to visit an installation near Massachusetts to undo the damage. Thank you in advance.

What wiring was cut? Screw or Hydraulic? Power locks or mechanical? Wiring schematic number?

Ok I finally have the wiring together so that the lift goes up. Just need a little help to figure what additional item tells the chip to reverse direction to allow the lift to go back down. 4 out of 5 lights on the circuit board are lit allowing the lift to go up - can't get the fifth light on
