Dear Sir / Madam,
First of all, Happy New Year & Wishing you happiness, health and prosperity & any good things that you like.
We are one of Kone products users (elevators). Recently we have problem with it.
In the command box, blinking indicator shows :F 4 and then 0021, also in the service-mans report has written "error 0103 & 0026 ".
And He said this means that the Drive Module has problem and must be change.
I know KONE partner in my country and their contact details but I want to be sure about the main problem and what the service man says.
The drive is:
V3F16L Mono Spac
Type: KM769900G05 & rev:2.2
Would you mind send me the base net offer about the mentioned part.can any one help me for this case
Best Regards
Shahrooz

Happy new year. If you do not trust your elevator service provider's opinion contact another qualified elevator company to get a second opinion. FYI your elevator mechanic seems to be correct on his assessment of your issue. Remember only qualified elevator technicians should be working on your elevator equipment. The safety of the elevator riders depends in it.

Hi,
My name is Dave,
Just joined on here today, also a member on elevator shack if you are not aware of the shack I strongly recommend you join.
Regarding your problem with the Kone V3F16L, your guy is correct 103 braking resistor & 26 the drive usually one follows the other 21 is your safety circuit, it will show this if your eng has left it on RDF in Map panel, I suspect the braking resistor will be ok it'll be the internals on the IGBT module in the drive, is it the 6 or 8 person, just going on the part No you said?
