If it just keeps running in slow speed, replace all the Belts in the operator. They slip and the count gets off.

FastTool, Freedom, or some other tool? Maybe you've already done this, but do a reset on the door card, then try again.

Fast tool. Could it be the clc board that causes this problem?

If the reset didn't do anything, my money would be on the door card assuming you've got a good scan and DOL/DCL are present. When you make an adjustment, do you see it change value in the FastTool window? And if so, when you press SAV, what does the tool read back? Any door faults? And you've tried to make changes at the operator Dshell connector as well? And not to be smart, but you're looking at adjustments in the FRONT operator right? It's easy to double stroke the tool and end up at rear door adjustments.

I have seen instances where the clc has to be cleared of all faults in order to accept door operator parameter changes..also have had better success plugging into the car station communication port..
