Our door operator on tac 50 is not stopping at the open limit on high speed. New board has been put in and software downloaded. The operator is sensing the limit but not stopping or slowing down. On low speed it is sensing the limit and stopping. We've replaced boards and have had problems with our ac1 blowing fuses constantly. Any suggestions?

It sounds to me like its over speeding and simply cant pull up in time. On normal speed is it too fast or the right speed? I know I have had darlington transistors that have done this. Can you adjust the full speed setting? What about over volts/current if your blowing fuses? Maybe a short?

Yes on normal speed it's blowing right past the open limit and not starting its slow down on approach. We have a new motor coming but we aren't sure that's even the problem. It seems we're only getting 217v into the controller which is causing our car to fault on the down as well. The transformer is completely tapped and the building still isn't fully powered. At this point my mechanic has tweaked all the speed limits, tried to do learn travel and auto nulls and nothing so far has worked.
