This is Federal Elevator with y3 light flashing which from my understanding is a maintenance mode bit. Purchased DL06 (LCD) to attach but unable to figure out how to use it to reset the PLC.

Unfortunately you’re going to have to call federal for tech support, they’ll guide you through on how to reset it
