I have a National Wheel-O-Vator Destiny winding drum issue. The customer, somehow, got their travel cable caught on the COP box and began to pull the travel cable from the wall when the elevator faulted out. We have manually cranked the unit up and now have the travel cable hanging freely. There is damage to the rubber housing on the travel cable cut unsure if the actual wires are damaged. My question is this, we are getting a single flashing light when we check for the error code. It is my understanding this indicates a Safety Chain Fault. I will be returning to the property to check the various items in this area of the print but want to know if the Destiny Winding Drum elevators have a slack cable switch? Upon arriving at the property the hoist cables appeared to be slack and not sure if there is a manual reset on this elevator for slack cable.

Once we had the proper drawings, we were able to jump out the slack cable, run the car up off the 1st landing and found the slack cable switch....reset and returned to service.
