This error is only possible on elevators with a new safety circuit. European Global controller only.
RFE is being controlled during trip preparation. RFE has to turn off after turn on of RSK & RSK1.

RTRT feedback is always controlled after 30mSec.
RTRT reference state at the new safety circuit:
RTRT has to be turned off at standstill.
RTRT is turned on before start.
When velocity is >0.3m/Sec. RTRT has to turn off.
During deceleration RTRT si energized when velocity si <0.75M/Sec. (150fpm)/
Possible error causes: Actions to be taken:

Feedback is not equal to - Check wiring and functional operation of RTRT speed reference state. relay.

Thank you for your response. Very informative and helpful. I checked the relay and it was good wasn’t getting 24v output. after diving in I found the CGIO board to be bad. Changed the board out and the car is back in service. Thanks again for the info.
