I ran through all the checks in order isolated all boards and none of them will talk to the tool. The tool is good checked on the car next to this one...

Update: Did disconected L and N on PS1 and stiped blowing fuse. Took off all other wires on PS1 after replacement of L and N and did pop fuse.replaced...
