Park the car where the car and counterweight crossheads are even, and use the "set EQ midpoint" function on CADI or SMLCD.

You should do resistance or insulation test prior to powering up.One faulty wiring can cause lots of issues.

Probably a power failure caused it. Might be an IGBT on drive. IGBT when busted gets circuit shortedChecked also that the line of f5 is not grounded ...
