I'm new to the board but my first impression is that the majority of folks on here are technicians so I'm not sure there will be much interest in this position (my understanding is that the union doesn't allow the transition?) but here goes. We are a consulting firm looking for an experienced individual to perform maintenance audits, due diligence, modernization and new construction. We are small but cover a lot of ground and have numerous National Clients. Job does require extensive travel but depending on your local area connections you may be able to provide some local work to supplement the work given. We are commission based so the more work and more clients brought in results in more pay. If interested and would like to speak in more detail please contact me.

Just wanted to add a few notes to this posting as a few questions have been messaged. Travel is reimbursed on a monthly basis, no per diems simply what is spent is reimbursed. Compensation will range from 90k - 150k (or more) depending on amount of work performed. Part time is also a possibility for the right candidate and geared for those that may be retired and looking to get back out in the field a few days a month.
