I have a symmetry LULA controller on service. It has a FO1 fault which is just a service interval counter. I was told I need a handheld programmer for the Schneider plc to reset it. Symmetry will not sell the tool unless you are a dealer. My question is I found Schneider plc programmers that look just like the one that is in their book. Will a programmer for that plc work or does symmetry have a special ptool or code to access parameters?
