Im getting this fault constantly coming back. fault 0373 status 70 on a schindler 5500, traction car, 6 stops. constantly shuts down at 1st landing with the doors closed every time happens every 6 hr or so. any documentation or info on this specific fault or suggestions getting stumped with no documentation all my documents don't have that fault listed.

Would you happen to have fault code 0369 info as well have a different or could you send me that file so I can add to my troubleshooting library?
