Hi, we have just installed a OTIS Gen2 elevator and found out that the elevator converts the breaking load into reverse power which it feeds back into the building power supply. However, as we are using a solar inverter for power source (and not municipal power grid), the inverter is unable to process the return power and trips. I am wondering if anyone has come across this problem and are there any ways to work around it. Apparently, OTIS is not able to stop the regen power from returning back. Thanks in advance.
