Currently attending to a fault on an Otis Gen 2 MRL. The lift wont accept any landing calls and the indicators are completely blank. Im unable to reset the system and whenever it does run to floor level it just stands with the doors open with the speech unit running through its entire vocabulary. The service board is flashing that the can is ok but the normal led is blank... Im not Otis trained so Ive racked my brains already!
Any thoughts anyone? Will I need a plug in tool for this one?
