I have a 3 stop Omega controller that has melted the cpu rack and associated I/O modules 3 times in the last year. it has also taken out 2 motors and 1 valve before we put a nordic starter, and an extra MLT circuit to disable the nordic starter Run input. Now the car intermittently will MLT, at least it has not taken out any more racks or motors. we have replaced every board in the system but the problem still persists, any ideas?
