Having difficulty setting up an IPC door operator board. Can’t slow down the close. Stays in high speed. Sometimes it’s slows down but it’s rare .. usually closes on super high speed until last few inches. I tried a brand new board. Any one have any ideas ?

Which board are you using , they make a few different versions. Are you sure you are using the correct door motor voltage?
