Hello,
I have a Schindler MPHII software version 8. We are using the World tool and trying to set up BAC (car call security using the cop buttons as code) We were successful on entering all floors except for the 3rd floor front. It lets us put in the code, we hit enter then save. It states the code is saved and even shows it but the floor remains open. This is a 4 stop unit with front and rear openings at landings 2 and 3. We are not trying to code floor 1 as this is the main egress floor. Fire return main is floor 1 landing 2, Alt fire is floor 2 (landing 3).

Could be wiring or a bad board..

First floor is 0 scan slot right?

Have a short pdf file with a description of "How to BAC". Pm me email will send it to you. If I remember correctly there is a lot of switching from Auto to Hand to make work correctly.

Checked wiring and FCB, everything appears ok. 2Front/Rear, 3Rear and basement coded just fine.
